She turned 19 in the same month and is due to start uni in the middle of Sept. My husband has a Consent Order which states he is required to pay child support until his daughter is 17 or leaves full time education.
Do you pay maintenance if your child goes to Uni?
Any advice gratefully received. Child benefit also stops when children start university as it is not considered full time education. Uni is higher education rather than full time education so you wouldn’t be expected to pay maintenance via the csa. Uni is expensive though could you still help out a little?
When does a parent’s job end when their child goes to college?

When does my 19 year old son start secondary school?
He is due to start secondary school in Sept 2017 and because of his social and learning difficulties we don’t feel he would cope at the local school and would prefer to send him to a much smaller school. The downside is we would have to pay for that and we were relying on the maintenance money to save for school fees.
