The Notary Public test is a 50-minute exam that has 30 multiple choice questions. A Notary Public is appointed by each state’s Secretary of State, governor or lieutenant governor, and authorized to affirm contracts and documents for validity.

How many questions is the PA Notary exam?

The Pennsylvania Notary Exam is administered by Pearson, one of the largest test proctors in the United States. You will have 60 minutes to answer 30 multiple choice questions. There will be 25 questions to test your understanding of the law.
