A replacement card will cost $10.00 and can be ordered from your Individual online account. If you don’t have an online profile (because you did a paper test or completed online training prior to 2011) you will need to register for one!

Your Smart Serve Certificate Number and status are located at the top of your Online Account page.
What happens after you pass your smart serve?
Following Test Completion: Your test session will be reviewed. If you received 80% or higher and no issues were found, you will receive an email with your Certification information. If integrity issues are identified with your test session, you will receive an email with further instructions.
How long is smart serve valid?

How much does Smart Serve certification cost? Smart Serve is done as an online test. It costs $34.95 each (plus HST) and gives you two tries at passing the test.
Is Smart Serve still free?
The period of free enrollment to the Smart Serve Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service Training Program has now ended. We thank all participants and Smart Serve for their partnership. The responsible service program continues to be available at the regular cost of $34.95 + tax.

Does the Smart Serve Certification expire? The Smart Serve certification doesn’t currently expire, however you must be in possession of your card for the certification to be valid.
