Does Service Canada send you emails?

We will never send you an email asking for your private information. If you get this kind of email, don’t click on any links or give any information about yourself. If you have any doubts about where the email came from, make sure to check the identity of the sender.

Is CRA and Service Canada the same?

Does the CRA ever email you?

What happens if you get a letter from service Canada Integrity?

It would be a criminal offence because it’s fraud though they would likely give them a fine and also demand all the money they’ve received back. If they are not getting a pension they should request the letter and if they are having trouble getting it they may need to retain a lawyer in China.
